Understanding and exploring the use of AI in the teaching context
-
Course objectives
The rapid evolution of artificial intelligence (AI) is rapidly transforming many sectors of society. society, and education is no exception. Its impact ranges from personalising personalisation of learning to the automation of administrative tasks, allowing teachers to focus on the essential: the holistic development of students. It is therefore essential to train teachers to understand the potential of generative AI and explore its pedagogical applications, in a critical and informed manner.
This training aims to provide teachers with a solid knowledge of artificial intelligence, enabling them not only to understand its basic principles, but also to explore tools and methodologies that they can integrate into their daily school life. Generative AI offers opportunities to adapt teaching processes to students' individual needs, promote innovative practices and
develop critical thinking about the responsible use of technology. In addition, training teachers to deal with AI contributes to the promotion of conscious digital citizenship, preparing students for a future where artificial intelligence will play an increasingly important role.
By taking part in this training, teachers will have the opportunity to reflect on the potential and challenges of generative AI in education, experimenting with resources that can facilitate learning and pedagogical work. The aim is for teachers to acquire skills that will enable them to integrate artificial intelligence strategically, creatively and ethically, making teaching more dynamic, inclusive and effective.
