    The proposal for this course is based on the need to develop skills, both personal and professional, in order to provide participants with better life and career options, contributing to an increase in the quality of life for individuals and organisations. Today's complexities, uncertainties and unpredictability require an attentive and continuous look at individual characteristics, expectations and needs, in order to promote preparation for the opportunities and problem-solving that necessarily emerge in each of our lives. It is this preparation that underpins the development of this course.
